Partnership
FingerDoor welcomes partnerships with schools, companies, and event organizers. We can collaborate on group adoption, event/workshop operations, custom feature development, and branding to fit your goals.
Partnership B2B Education Event
1. Why partner with us
FingerDoor focuses on one goal: collecting opinions quickly and sharing results in live settings. In classes, talks, seminars, and workshops, it’s not easy to draw participation—tools that are complex often break the flow and increase operational burden.
We build the essentials first and expand based on real use: access control, result reveal policies, screen layouts, branding, and more. Partnership is our official channel to design and operate these expansions “fit for the room.”
2. Partnership areas
FingerDoor can be adapted in many ways depending on your context. The items below are examples; the scope can be adjusted through discussion.
(1) Group adoption for education
- Group onboarding and 운영 guides for schools (K–12, 대학, etc.)
- Optimizing flows for class-level operation (codes, join flows)
- Host UI tuning for teaching and facilitation
- Incorporating classroom needs (present screen, result reveal policy, etc.)
(2) Internal use for organizations
- Real-time feedback in workshops, training, onboarding
- Fast voting for preferences and priorities in meetings
- Designing feedback flows and result sharing for teams
- Customizing screens to match organizational context
(3) Events & conferences
- Audience participation voting per session
- Presentation screen optimization for large displays
- Operational templates (host handoffs, support staff flows)
- Stability options for on-site networks (within policy)
(4) Custom feature development
Depending on the partnership type, we can discuss custom development such as:
- Enhanced visualization (charts/layout for present mode)
- Result reveal policies (host-only, participant-visible, timed reveal, etc.)
- Access control (token links, expiration, host-only access)
- Question templates (OX/5-choice/quick vote)
- Export (CSV) or summary reports (where feasible)
- Branding (logo/colors/copy) and dedicated guidance pages
3. Recommended partnership process
Partnership typically follows: Request → Review → Proposal → Apply → Operate. Because live environments vary, a short pre-discussion helps identify the most efficient approach.
Step 1) Initial inquiry
- Use case (class/event/workshop/corporate training, etc.)
- Expected attendance and peak concurrent users
- Operation period (one-time vs recurring) and schedule
- Needed features (present screen, reveal policy, access control, etc.)
Step 2) Implementation proposal
- Best 운영 flow within the current version
- Custom scope or alternatives if needed
- Pre-checking operational risks (exposure, network constraints)
Step 3) Operation & feedback
- Collecting real-world feedback
- Prioritizing and applying improvements (where feasible)
- Providing reusable templates/guides (depending on partnership)
4. Helpful info to include
Sharing the following makes review and response faster. It’s okay if you don’t have everything—include what you can.
- Organization name (e.g., school/company/team)
- Contact person (optional; an email for reply is needed)
- Use case (class/lecture/seminar/workshop/event, etc.)
- Expected participants (average/peak concurrent)
- Environment (mobile-first/PC-first, Wi-Fi constraints, etc.)
- Desired features (present screen, reveal policy, access control, templates)
- Timeline (start date, frequency)
5. Operational policy (purpose-based · email-based support)
To ensure stable and responsible operation, FingerDoor may apply a policy requiring a “purpose” and “host email” when creating sessions. In partnership environments, this helps with:
- Context: Recommending 운영 guides/settings suited to classes/events/workshops
- Support: Responding to incidents and sending essential notices (security/policy/outage)
- Abuse prevention: Reducing spam/advertising session misuse
- No marketing emails: Emails are not used for promotional/advertising mail.
For details, please refer to Privacy Policy and Terms.
6. Privacy & security notes
FingerDoor aims to process minimal identifying data. Depending on partnership needs (e.g., user identification or participant lists), requirements can be discussed and designed in compliance with applicable laws and the principle of data minimization.
- For details, see Privacy Policy.
- If you have internal policies/requirements, share them during discussion.
- Access control (host-only result viewing, etc.) is improved based on real needs.
